Degree projects

All degree projects at the Biology Education Centre are carried out as courses. The degree project gives training in how to plan, realise and report a scientific project. The project work is carried out under the guidance of a supervisor, in close connection to current research. The degree project can be carried out at any time of the year. You can find more information about degree projects under your master programme.

Additional projects

The degree project, as specified above, is a longer project with high demands on its planning, implementation and presentation. It is usually done towards the end of education.

There is however also the possibility to do a number of other practical and project oriented courses. Literature project is a shorter project where you perform an individual literature study which is then presented in the form of a written report. Research training gives the opportunity to take part in the practical work and activities at a work place, without necessarily having to run your own project. Project work is a possibility to delve deep into a limited subject and at the same time obtain training and knowledge about working in a project format. Read more about individual courses.
